About Us
Bighorn Mountain Crawlers is a volunteer-led nonprofit dedicated to protecting and preserving the public lands and trails of the Bighorn Mountains in northern Wyoming. We champion responsible access, practical stewardship, and community education so everyone can enjoy these special places now—and for generations to come. Our Mission Preserve access. Protect the land. Build awareness. We work to maintain safe, sustainable public access to roads and trails, prevent and repair roadway damage, and raise public understanding of the issues that affect access to the Bighorn National Forest. |

Our Story |
Founded in 2015, we are now celebrating our eleventh year of service. Over the years we’ve supported local events like the Bighorn Mountain Trail Run and Antelope Butte Summer Fest, and we’ve assisted with Search and Rescue efforts—always ready to lend hands, tools, and local knowledge.
