This includes entrance to all Event activities and includes Saturday's BBQ for all passengers. Please provide an accurate headcount so we can ensure there is enough food for everyone. Trail selection will take place once you arrive at Bear Lodge. Spots are limited, so early registration is encouraged!
In the event that you need to cancel your registration, a 100% refund will be made up to 14 days prior to the event. After that cancelation with refund is not possible.

Overland 2026!! This is for you overland folks! Have a fancy overlanding setup and want to attend an event dedicated to using it to see some of the most beautiful scenery in the western USA? This is the event for you. This event will be limited to 20 vehicles (two groups of 10) so register early to guarantee a spot.
Arrive at Bear Lodge on Thursday the 16th, attend the Safari Vendor Show, then take off with your tour guides on a three-day, two-night adventure that will take you through most of the norther Bighorn Mountains. The third day you'll make your way back the Bear Lodge for the Safari banquet.
You will be responsible for your own food (other than the safari banquet which is included) but your guides will have a campsite for you each night. You will see lots of wildlife, amazing scenery, and hopefully make some new life-long friends.
Entrance fee covers your vehicle and however many people you can pile in it!

2026 Safari Vendor Booth Registration

Register here for your 2026 Summer Safari Vendor Booth. This includes admission for one vehicle for all three days events and admission for all event attendees from your organization. Vendor show takes place on the front lawn of Bear Lodge Resort. There is considerable space so feel free to stretch things out! Vendor show starts on Thursday from 2pm to 7pm. As a vendor you are also invited to the BBQ Banquet on Saturday. We also hope to see you on the trails all three days!
